HOW CONSULTING INQUIRIES TYPICALLY WORK:

  1. A Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) reviews the request and obtains relevant details and facts for FREE.
  2. We either accept the request or recommend a suitable referral for FREE.
  3. If accepted, a detailed quote / proposal is provided for FREE.
  4. If agreed upon, a licensed PE conducts the consultation, investigation, testing, and/or analysis.
  5. A licensed PE prepares independent conclusions / recommendations (which may include: test results, analysis, images, data, opinions, reputable references). Results can be provided via:
  • Official Report (In-print only or pdf electronically e-mailed)
  • Phone, Email, or Video Conference Consultation
  • On-site Consultation or Presentation
*Don’t want to expose proprietary information to several personnel (sales, accounts, billing, laboratory staff)? We are specifically designed to easily keep your name, company name, communications, and other information safe, secure, and confidential with ONE (1) consultant. All files/documents (e.g. data, images, notes, results, and reports) can be safe and secure in one (1) hardcopy form or one (1) external drive to be completely destroyed on your selected date.
